SoulSync Love is a brand operated by Sprinkl Digital. We offer conscious relationship journals, a relationship and wellbeing app, and the Eversby wedding planning tool.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or purchase our products. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 18.
3.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 3-day free trial with access to selected features. No payment card is required to start your trial. After 3 days, your trial will end and you will need to choose a paid plan to continue using the full app.
3.2 Subscription Plans
We offer the following paid plans, billed through Stripe:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to More → Profile → Manage Subscription within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, but you will retain access until the period ends.
3.4 No Refunds on Subscriptions
All subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual plans. Partial refunds for unused time are not available. If you have a billing query, please contact us at hello@soulsynclove.com.
3.5 Couple Plan
On the Couple plan, only one partner needs to hold the paid subscription. Your partner creates a free account and links using your unique couple code. You are responsible for ensuring your partner uses the service in accordance with these terms.
Our journals — The Conscious Heart, The Conscious Dater, The Conscious Couple, and bundle options — are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase via Payhip.
4.1 No Refunds on Digital Products
Because our journals are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at hello@soulsynclove.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
4.2 Personal Use Only
Journals are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, copy, or modify our digital products in any way.
Eversby is a one-time purchase of £47, granting you lifetime access to the Eversby wedding planning app for the duration of your wedding planning.
5.1 No Refunds
Eversby is a digital product. All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have a question about your purchase, contact support@eversby.app.
To use the app, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a harmful or abusive manner.
